A state of emergency has been declared for the entire State of Ohio to protect the well-being of the citizens of Ohio from the dangerous effects of COVID-19 (Coronavirus). Additionally, the World Health Organization (WHO) has declared the global coronavirus outbreak a pandemic.

As of March 19, 2020, the Morrow County Auditor’s office will be limiting face to face transactions. The Morrow County Auditor’s Office prides itself in offering Public 1st Service with up to date information by the most modern means possible. Customers of the Morrow County Auditor’s Office are ask to utilize our many 24 hour/7 day a week online website resources to complete title searches, valuation queries and other inquiries. Other real estate business documents can be mailed or dropped off in the Treasurer’s drive up RED BOX at the Court House. Please seal all envelopes, address to Auditor and if needed include return postage. Please use certified check or money order; no cash!

The Morrow County Budget Commission comprised of the County Prosecutor Charles Howland, County Treasurer Dennis Leader, and County Auditor Patricia Davies, has approved the Library Local Government and Local Government distribution percentages for the 2019 year. Please find below the letters containing the approved percentages and estimated dollar amounts to be received by the local government entities.
